Braeden has been a member of Global Brigades at Penn State for two years now, and he has been on three brigades to Panama, Honduras, and Guatemala. This will be his second year as Campus Council Vice President, and he has really enjoyed his time with Global Brigades so far. He has been on brigades with our WASH and Medical chapters and wants to pursue a career in public health and medicine.

Milap is a rising junior transferring to University Park to complete the BMB Major and Chemistry Minor. As an aspiring physician, he joined Global Medical Brigades to combine his passions for medicine and traveling. In retrospect, going on the brigade with the medical chapter to Honduras was one of the most rewarding experiences of his life. Milap embarked upon the brigade knowing merely one person and came home with a second family. He can confidently and proudly sum up the entire experience as a refreshing dose of humanity and compassion.
